Sunday, August 1, 2010. As we approached our home for the next week, we drove slowly up the steep gravel road winding torturously up the mountain. We were surrounded by Proteas in bloom, indigenous trees and shrubs. What a majestic picture it was. Upon our descent to the lodge my first view below was of all three dams, hopefully filled with many rainbow trout! What a surprise I had in store! Gone Flyfishing with a Paintbrush.
